Chilean Rock Crabs (Cancer Edwardsii), a member of the Dungeness family, are found in the pristine waters of the Antarctic off the southern coast of Chile. Chilean crabmeat has a sweet, succulent taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The crab legs are a true delicacy with a firmer texture than the body meat.
