Black Cod

Black cod, also known as sablefish, is a species of deep-sea fish common to the North Pacific Ocean. Its white flesh is soft-textured and mildly flavored. Black Cod is an excellent source of protein and  in Omega 3’s. It also is abundant in Iron, Calcium, Copper and other Minerals.
