Burgundy Truffles

Burgundy truffles, botanically classified as Tuber uncinatum, are one of the most prevalent truffle species in Europe, belonging to the Tuberaceae family.  The Burgundy truffle has a dark rough skin with large, diamond-shaped points, and light coffee-colored flesh veined with white.
